4 slices of brioche bread
2 large eggs
½ cup milk (or heavy cream for extra richness)
PREPARE THE BATTER IN A SHALLOW BOWL, WHISK TOGETHER EGGS, MILK, SUGAR, CINNAMON, AND VANILLA EXTRACT UNTIL SMOOTH.
DIP THE BREAD
HEAT A LARGE SKILLET OR GRIDDLE OVER MEDIUM HEAT AND MELT THE BUTTER.
DIP EACH SLICE OF BRIOCHE INTO THE EGG MIXTURE, LETTING IT SOAK FOR ABOUT 5 SECONDS ON EACH SIDE.
COOK THE FRENCH TOAST
PLACE THE SOAKED BRIOCHE SLICES ONTO THE HEATED SKILLET.
COOK FOR 2-3 MINUTES PER SIDE, OR UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN AND SLIGHTLY CRISP.
SERVE AND ENJOY

1 lb thinly sliced beef strips
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp cinnamon
Instructions:
Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add beef strips and cook for 3–4 minutes. Stir in cinnamon, soy sauce, honey, and garlic powder.
Cook for another 2 minutes and serve warm.

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Rub chicken with olive oil, then coat with cinnamon, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Place on a baking sheet and bake for 25–30 minutes, until fully cooked.

Ingredients:
2 large apples (Honeycrisp or Granny Smith work great)
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare the apples
Cut apples in half and remove the core with spoon or small knife. Make the cinnamon mixture
In a small bowl, mix brown sugar, cinnamon melted butter, and vanilla extract.
Fill the apples
Spoon the cinnamon mixture into the hollow centers of the apples.
Sprinkle chopped nuts on top (if using).
Bake for 20-25 minutes until apples are soft slightly caramelized.

Ingredients:
CINNAMON HONEY BANANAS
2 ripe bananas, sliced
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp cinnamon
nstructions:
Heat butter in a pan over medium heat. Add banana slices and cook for 1–2 minutes. Drizzle with honey, sprinkle cinnamon, and stir in vanilla extract. Cook for another minute and serve warm
