A realistic project, our client was a housing soceity in Western Bandra, a Mangolarian Christian society, who wanted to preserve their christian traditions and the exisiting coconut trees, but wanted a welcoming place, with space for gathering and celebrating. Since falling cocunuts were a problem, they wanted semi covered parking and a play area for the small number of children that live in the soceity.

As the car industry and car culture grows in India, the market demand for companies to keep the people satisfies grows. Annual auto expos take place throughout the globe and need proper infrastructure to organize these events. A high rise hotel, with an auto convention center flanked by resturants to give a cohesive space for poeple to attend such expos while being able to use them independently.

The given plot was located in panvel, and with connections to the upcoming airport, and Amity University next to it. The soceity had an occupancy of 5000, with residential buildings at its core, and commerical office spaces at the edge. The town is designed to be self sufficeint, with all required amenities built in the town requiring minimal drives outside, reducing pollution, expenditure, and a safe environment for budding families.
