MESSAGE FROM THE CHAIRMAN/CEO I would like to first thank Accenture for the great honor of being a part of this distinguished program. We were so fortunate to have had three of the strongest mentors; Jane FlynnRoyko, Frank Shuford, and Patrick Coyne. Their amazing guidance and wisdom steered us throughout the eighteen months and we reaped the benefits. We have learned so much and already we are seeing great changes in our organization and improvements from implementing our new knowledge. The best practices we learned from developmental symposia in the areas of marketing/sales, financial analysis, strategic planning and workforce development were implemented within PQC and allowed us to optimize our operations. In addition, receiving the “Protégé of the Year” Award and Award for Best Reporting Score evoked great emotion for me and my team. To be honored and recognized among such amazing businesses was simply a dream come true. The relationships we have built will last a lifetime and we look forward to attending the next DSDP classes to continue learning and refreshing our new competencies. MESSAGE FROM THE CHIEF OF STAFF PQC International was honored to be selected to participate in Accenture Diversity Supplier Development Program (DSDP) III and we are very thankful for this. The program gave us an opportunity to meet and learn from very talented and highly driven individuals. DSDP team, all the presenters, mentors, and other protégés made an impact on how we think and how we do business. I personally learned a lot and passed that learning to my teams which allowed multiple positive transformations in my organization and overall PQC family. DSDP III enabled PQC International to refine existing processes and increase engagement with our associates, resulting in an increase in productivity and client acquisition.
