FINAL PROJECT | 2nd Year, 1st Semester
Building Type : Home Office
Location : Ari, Bangkok, THAILAND
Area: 600 SQ.M.
Year : 2020
01 DOF HOME OFFICE
In this project, we were tasked with designing the executive residence of DOF Corporation (depth of field co. ltd), which would serve as a home office for the business personnel.
ADVENTEROUS DESIGN CONCEPT
The design concept was inspired by the qualities of the homeowner's home. The project owner's family consists of four members: two adults and two youngsters. This family enjoys traveling and experiencing new things. The design pulls on that personality to create a fun house that alludes to many tourist destinations that this family has seen, such as mountains, caverns, oceans, waterfalls, etc.
NOTE: It is critical to plan the home office circulation such that the workplace and living rooms are separated to ensure that neither party's daily lives are disturbed. As a result, it begins by presuming that the workplace and residential rooms are split horizontally before introducing the design idea component.
DESIGN PROCESS
There are other methods to incorporate natural aspects into the house, such as mimicking entering a cave by stepping down to the half-leveled section of the house to create a home theater. The next is to create a court in the center of the home, complete with towering trees and a waterfall. By glancing out the window, folks at the office and at home will have more access to nature. The most important thing is to completely separate the office and the residential part.

A playground is located on the house's rooftop. It is a location where you may plan activities based on the preferences of the homeowners. The majority of the items will be for children. Lawns provide additional green areas. There are also tent areas and sand pits for camping. These items can boost creativity in school-aged youngsters. This section can be changed in the future to accomplish different things, for instance, a sitting place, a vegetable-producing area,
However, this area is only accessible to the homeowner because it must be accessed from the residential area. The owner's master bedroom will be on the same floor to get a high angle view like relaxing on the mountain.

This project is the rst public spaces designed which are commercial buildings and recreational buildings. This commercial building is designed as a supermarket. The concept of this supermarket is to open up to the outdoors for the most outdoor space for natural wind.
= SITE = 2 Story House
The site is located in downtown Bangkok near the Sathorn district which makes the road around the area a little narrow. To give users the sensation that the space is not overly con ned, the building was opened to the exterior with a court in the center surrounded by only three buildings.

The building comprises three storeys, the first and second of which are commercial sections. The office area is located on the third floor. The black aluminum cladding used to wrap the facade creates a cool aesthetic that contrasts with the openness to the outdoors.
For accessibility, there are 3 ways: the road entrance to the north and south of the site including access from the parking lot beside the site provided for customers who come to use the service. There are two methods to get to the second floor: either by climbing up the main flight at the side of

the supermarket or by taking the elevator within the building near the service area. In addition to helping to open up the area to be open and breezy, the atrium or central court is sometimes a meeting place for people who may undertake activities together such as a music festival or putting up
sale booth. Because it is next to a kindergarten, the intended audience includes both parents and young children. A recreational space for users will make the venture more appealing. Another important factor is the circulation for visitors and staffs, which should not be crossing each other.

BANGKRACHAO COMMUNITY CENTER
BUBBLE DIAGRAM BUBBLE DIAGRAM
Bang Kra Jao (or Bang Kra Chao) is renowned as Bangkok's green lung, a spot where city dwellers gather to escape the massive towers that dominate the Bangkok landscape. It's become a popular weekend destination for bicyclists and nature lovers, particularly bird watchers. It's ideal for
families that want to spend time outside, get some exercise, and breathe in some fresh air. The primary objective of this project is to create a community center for the neighborhood. The surrounding territory of the site is surrounded by Thai architecture in the traditional style. This learning
center's building will feature a gabled design and will be constructed mainly of wood and bamboo. Another significant aspect of the project is the green space that serves as the stairway on the building's second story. It serves as a rest stop for locals as well as a venue for diverse events. beside an open plaza in the site's heart. There are three ways to access the site: by car, by bicycle and by foot.

HAT YAI BUS T ERMINAL
FINAL PROJECT | 3rd Year, 2nd Semester
Building Type : Terminal Location : Songkhla , T HAILAND
Area: 5,000 SQ.M.
Year : 2021

The main city in southern Thailand, Hat Yai, is located not far from the Malaysian border. This city's main lure is shopping. Fresh produce and regional specialties are sold at open markets, while nearly everything else is available at bustling weekend markets. It is frequently believed that the city serves as the provincial capital. Hat Yai is the commercial hub whereas Songkhla provides the country's capital, administrative, and cultural center. This project's main objective is to design a bus terminal that will instruct us on how to manage traffic circulation from both cars and passengers using the service, as well as how to create a large building using a wide-span structure.
HATYAI HATYAI SEA SEA SHELLS SHELLS SHELL STRUCTURE TENSILE STRUCTURE
This research investigates the inspiration for an aquatic formation like the design of the clam-shaped main entrance. About the bus stop, you can notice the architectural design that serves as sun and rain protection in the form of a sponge. Actually, Hatyai's current bus terminal is located here. Several cars enter and exit the building each day, making it challenging to build the route that must divide the traffic of buses, vans, and private cars driven by service users from other vehicles.
Tensile structure and shell structure were the first ideas that sprang to mind in illustrating the buzzing shape of the water. Both frameworks were then correctly and distinctively modified for each component of the project. The Half Dome is a concrete shell structure in front of the building.
SEA/OCEAN SHELL/BUBBLE
CONCEPT CONCEPT
Considering that Hatyai is a seaside city, the shapes of marine organisms including waves, sponges, and shells served as design inspiration for the terminal. The main building's façade and the architecture of the terminals on either side are both designed using the shell's shape.

| MAIN ENTRANCE 4 | LEFT WING TERMINAL 13
It is complicated to align the building axis along the X and Y axes due to the site's triangular shape. As a result, the project's roadways and buildings are organized along the site's axis by splitting the route into two paths. If approaching from the site's west entrance, use the entry for vehicles and taxis (No. 10) to enter the building at the drop-off location at number 4, then cycle into the parking lot or out at exit number 11. During the bus route, the bus enters from the entrance on the site's southern side (No. 1) and makes stops at the terminals on both wings or at the bus rest area on the site's southeast side (No. 2). The same route as for buses is used for vans, however, the vans' parking is close to entry number 1. Passengers will be picked up at this location, and they will then cycle to the site's north exit (No. 12).
Departing passengers can enter through the main entrance (No. 4) and then proceed to the ticket counter(No.8) to purchase tickets. Several facilities will be accommodated inside the structure. A luggage storage facility, a post office, and a waiting area(No.9) are all located on the first floor.Furthermore, there is an office sector for the staff working at this terminal on the first floor (No. 3).

Both the shell structure of the main building and the wings on either side of the terminal is made primarily of reinforced concrete. The bus stop's barrier and sunshade will be made of a tensile framework, which will run the length of the building on both sides. One-meter columns were used for supporting the half-dome construction because of their size. The design intends to make passengers feel like sifting through a shell to enter the ocean when they arrive at the façade by car. A food court and other amenities could well be found on the second floor of the building. Includes offering rental space for businesses to operate in shops. Passengers are welcome to rest here while they wait.

Pattaya, a city located on the east coast of the Gulf of Thailand is famous as a tourist destination for its beautiful beaches, seafood, and vibrant night lifestyle. In 2018, Pattaya was the 18th most visited city in the world with 9.6 million tourists, and the 3rd most in Thailand, after Bangkok and Phuket.
For this project, the challenge is to design a condominium located on Jomtien Beach, next to the Gulf of Thailand. Target Group is both foreign and Thai tourists. The design concept was inspired by Pattaya's NIGHTLIFE which was shown in the condominium's common spaces and unit rooms. There is also a focus on perspective in this design, with each room requiring a view of the sea and the city separated into three zones: City Sky View Zone, Beach Front Zone, and Sea View Zone.
This project yielded 48 stories of apartments that were completely furnished with amenities and catered to different lifestyles. The nightlife idea has been modified to accommodate both visitors and families.
AND ALSO THEATHRE ROOM, LIBRARY, PARKING, RESTAURANT, ROOFTOPGARDEN, etc.
RECREATION FLOOR
ROOF TOP BAR | INTERIOR PERSPECTIVE
As mentioned before, this condominium is divided into three separate sections taking views in different directions. As for the residential rooms, they are divided into many types to adapt to meet the needs of the residents as much as possible.
Including the design in accordance with the concept, rooms aimed at teens and foreigners will be created in the Duplex style room to create communal areas in the room that draw people out to live together and participate in entertaining activities. The higher and more expensive rooms have a private pool. This concept also led to the design of super large 85 square meters rooms, located in the building line with the clearest view of the sea.
The first-floor pool bar and the rooftop bar are both available to the public. A separate elevator from the residents' elevator is utilized to transport customers to the top level for the rooftop bar.

MARINE LABORATORY
Even today's science and technology have provided humanity with a wealth of knowledge about the earth and space. The ocean is now a mysterious place worth exploring. Humans have explored only 1% of the total ocean area, and more than 95% of deep-sea creatures have yet to be discovered. In the future, the world may depend on water for survival.
MIDTERM PROJECT | 2nd Year, 2nd Semester 06 UTOPIA
The main aim of this project is to interpret the ideal world of architecture or Utopian architecture. According to the interpretation, the increasing population and sea level rise every year are factors that should cause more ocean exploration to explore the possibility of creating habitats for humans on the ocean floor. including to better understanding of the nature and world of marine life.
More than 80% of the ocean remains unexplored. The deep sea is dark and extremely cold. This facility provided lights that are bright enough to make the surroundings visionary. The interior also has a heating system to keep the people inside really nice and warm.
Modules made of steel, glass, and special cement are used underwater. The deeper the thicker the wall will be. Technological advanced will be good enough to deal with emergency evacuation systems and environmental controls of air supply and humidity.
The facility is large and well-equipped which provided the researchers and marine biologists with some useful tools for deep sea exploration. Special ballast tanks and auxiliary help maintain water pressure which also helps humans to go deeper than before.
