This year’s Recognition Day is divided into two schedules: elementary and high school
Although two events were divided, the flow of the program is still the same and takes place at Robinsons Place Antipolo, May 23, 2024 The emcee for the program was led by selected students: for the pre-school and elementary event were Francesca Louise Riños, & Sophia Angel Zabala; later on, during the afternoon event for the junior and senior high school were led by Cheska Mikaella Supangan, & Allyra Melan Macaisa
As the ceremony starts exactly at the said time, C.A.T. officers from Grade 10 make their entrance, followed by the awardees and honorees from different grade levels with their beloved parents. As soon as everyone had taken their respective seats, it was now time for the Entrance of Colors, Prayer, Philippine National Anthem, Pledges, PPIS Hymn, and Welcome Address. Continuing the program, an inspiring message was delivered by a school alumni, Dr. Aisrel Veneracion.
Dr. Aisrel delivered a message that truly inspires everyone and is connected to the event’s theme: “I see you, Lord, in the glory of my success”
It is now time for the most anticipated part of the program: the presentation of awards. Awardees and honorees now receive their medals, ribbons, and certificates as they go up to the stage together with their proud parents, followed by their community songs to commemorate this momentous event. Closing remarks, prayers, and the exit of colors were also done afterwards
Before ending this narrative, I wanted to take this moment to congratulate everyone who has done a very good job. With or without an award, your hard work wouldn’t go unnoticed. Always remember that there are still many years ahead of you and within those years, you can use that to bounce back and continue to do your best at your own pace.
A heartfelt “thank you” also goes to all teachers who continue to support every student's needs. Without their teachings and assistance, we would not be who we are today
Again congratulations & kudos everyone!

HIGH SCHOOL NIGHT 2024 TRUE LOVE WAITS: GOD VALUES OUR PURITY
On a night brimming with elegance and heartfelt reflections, students, teachers, and guests gathered to celebrate an unforgettable High School Night The theme "True Love Waits: God Values Our Purity" set a tone of reverence and inspiration, anchored by the powerful scripture from 2 Timothy 2:21-26
This enchanting evening unfolded as a testament to the virtues of purity, responsibility, and true love, leaving an indelible mark on all who attended.
The High School Night, held by Prince of Peace Integrated School Inc., took place at the stunning Jamesville Resort & Hotel on April 12, 2024. This picturesque venue provided the perfect backdrop for a night of celebration and introspection.
I am Ms. Cheska Mikaella (Chaella) Supangan, President of 4th Year High School, Multi-Awarded International Researcher, Young Innovator, and Delegate, Published Author, Newsletter Editor-in-Chief, and most especially, the STAR OF THE NIGHT in this remarkable event.
Despite setbacks in health due to intense weather and nearly missing the event, circumstances aligned for me to attend, albeit unwell. Yet, amidst it all, I never failed to Shine the Brightest. I am thankful to this beloved institution for entrusting me with the passing on emblems, particularly the Key of Responsibility, to the next graduating class.
It was a truly memorable night, and I am grateful for following my heart, attributing all glory to God. This event exemplified entrusting everything to the Lord, and thus, I became known as Stella dela Sera.
“Stella Dela Sera”
The evening began with a vibrant registration process, as participants arrived in their finest attire, brimming with anticipation. This was followed by the grand entourage, where all participants made their entrance, radiating grace and excitement Mrs. Alevil Sia Macaisa extended a warm welcome, and an opening prayer was offered to set a spiritually uplifting atmosphere for the night.
A highlight of the evening was the inspirational talk by Rev. Arnel Bon. His message, rooted deeply in the theme "True Love Waits, " underscored the importance of waiting for true love and maintaining purity, as cherished by God. Rev Bon's words resonated deeply, offering wisdom and guidance to the young hearts in attendance

The evening continued with captivating dance presentations. The Grade 7-8 pupils showcased their elegance in the Rigodon De Honor, while the Grade 910 and Senior High School students mesmerized everyone with their Cotillion De Honor dance. CAPSA academic & Sports COMPETITIONS 2024
Francesca Rinos & Sophia Zabala
This year's CAPSA Academic Competition took place on March 8. Those that are competing are in the seventh through tenth grades. Before I tell you my whole experience in the academic competition, allow me to introduce myself first. Hi, I am Francesca Louise M. Rinos, I am the President of SBC, Secretary of Grade 10 students, Marcher of CAT and lastly, I am included in the core team of Newsletter. Before the pandemic, our school; Prince of Peace Integrated School was already participating in these competitions prior to the pandemic. I recall entering the academic competition in the third grade and selecting Filipino as my subject. Nevertheless, our school and all other schools temporarily stopped participating in and holding this kind of competition when the pandemic started to spread However, I'm happy that these kinds of events are beginning to happen again. Ma'am Malou, our subject coach, made the decision to call us early on March 8, 2024, so that we could review and remember what we had studied. I also observed a lot of pupils showing up at school that morning to study with their coaches.
On February 21, 2024, Prince of Peace Integrated School joined CAPSA (City of Antipolo Private Schools Association) 2024
Our first event was at Sun Hwa International Academy, where the athletes met. At PPIS High School, their venue is Antipolo Lady of Lourdes School (ALLS) The first opponent of the Prince of Peace was Sumulong Memorial High School (SMHS), but they did not win because the opponent was strong. They recovered in their next game, which was against Holy Spirit Integrated School (HSIS), but they still lost because the players were tired But that's okay with them; even if they lose, at least that's their experience.

PPISians had the chance to show their amazing talent in thinking and making products that will help reduce climate change It started by giving a task to high school students to create their own business proposal that helps with climate change And the students helped each other build a project. And yes, it's hard to think of a possible business that helps with reducing climate change, but with the help of observation, experience was developed by the students who adapted to today's times. And the students were given a chance to share their own work on the GIFT, or Global Innovation Field Trip, with the many viewers They were able to show their own ideas And, fulfillingly, you can present our GIFT idea because we know that the gift is worldwide

FIELD TRIP Sophia Angel Zabala
Another year has gone by, and a new trip filled with fun learning and various activities for team building has occurred on Kidz Discovery Camp located in San Jose Del Monte Bulacan.
February 15 was set as the date for this trip, and various reminders were discussed to ensure that the trip would flow smoothly. This includes the things that are needed, the call time, and the proper attires.
At the said call time, students were already present at the school grounds waiting for the departure. Though there were some delays, still, everyone arrived safe and sound at the site of the trip. Upon reaching the said place, all students were given a time to eat their lunch to give them energy or power to be able to participate in the planned activities.
To build teamwork or collaboration between students, some relays were done as a starter activity. Through this relay, it helps bring students together in unity and create a bond between them. In addition to relays, they created a Creative Art Towel Activity that requires attention to detail and focus. This activity involves creating several folds that can be shaped into different designs or shapes. It is said that this creative art towe holder By engaging in
Apart from those, they also make us visit the Enchanted Garden of Santa Clause which gives us the chance of seeing him and his home Hydroponic & Urban Gardening was another activity where we get to learn another way of gardening that can be done without soil, rather, relying much more on water. Among from any other plants, I’ve seen that they use lettuce for this type of gardening In here, we get to watch how it was done, giving us idea about the topic Hydroponic Gardening.
A thrilling and exciting activity, known as the Sky Bike and Hanging Bridge, was held where students were instructed to cross the other side on a hanging bike. Although it may seem intimidating at first, rest assured that you're protected by harnesses, helmets, and other safety equipment As you accomplish this activity, a sight of satisfaction will surely be evident as you overcome it with courage.
As the day nearly comes to an end, the trip won’t be completed without the water activities. Several kayaks were placed in the pool ready for the students to row it. Kayaking was such a fun activity as you were doing it by pair, experiencing bumping into others which is supposed to be annoying, but actually fun. After going through the various activities the whole day, the trip ends with a free time for swimming. Freedom to swim wherever you want in the pool with the music blasting making it more fun and exciting.
At last, the day ended leaving great memories.

“Blessed Beyond Measure”
As we reflect on the past year, we are reminded of the countless blessings we have received In the spirit of gratitude, we look to Scripture for inspiration and perspective:
"Now to Him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to His power that is at work within us, to Him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, for ever and ever! Amen."
Ephesians 3:20-21 (NIV)
This verse beautifully captures the essence of being blessed beyond measure. It reminds us that the blessings we receive often exceed our expectations, thanks to the divine power at work within us. Our school community has experienced this firsthand through the achievements, growth, and support we have seen throughout the year
As we move forward, let us carry this spirit of gratitude with us, acknowledging the extraordinary ways in which we are blessed. Together, we will continue to strive for excellence and celebrate the abundant blessings that enrich our lives.

BIBLE CAMP
Alda Garcia
The Bible camp in PPIS is not new, but since the pandemic came, it has been stalled. But last January 26–27, the so-called Bible camp returned to the Prince of Peace integrated school. This Bible camp is exclusively for elementary and preschool students. In this Bible camp, the children play, get involved, and learn.
Bible camps provide an immersive environment for learning about the Bible, prayer, worship, and Christian values and not only that, but they also learned to interact with their fellow students and schoolmates This Bible camp helps each student grow their spiritual growth and social skills And for more information: On the first day of Bible Camp, the preschool students played, listened to God's message, and also shared a meal together.
They don't have a chance to have it overnight, but you can see the smile on their faces. And for grades 1–5, they also listened to the Lord's message and did a lot of other activities, such as a bonfire and many other things they also did overnight. This Bible camp may be short, but they surely enjoy it.
