Welcome to Auction 147 our fourth auction for 2018 starting at 10am 11th March.
This auction contains a further selection from David’s remarkable Victorian postmark collection with some Ts and a further selection of Ys. David has also started including his Victorian local history books, these are listed under the appropriate town. Plenty of nice material for the Victorian postmark collector. Additionally there is an extensive selection of Victorian Barred Numerals. We are also offering a good selections from the other States as well. As usual we are offering many variety lots, particularly on the KGV Sideface issues.
Rest of World collectors are also well catered for with a wide range of both British Commonwealth & Foreign, with strength in the pre-1930 period. We are also continuing to offer a wide range of fine 19th Century non-British Commonwealth, in this auction, with many items from the Classical period. This time we have selected some early Italy & States, Luxembourg & Switzerland.
