Tilbury is a firm advocate of the philosophy that any woman can enhance her beauty through the utilization of make-up. One of our Rising Stars, Carlita Randall is a Counselor who has overcome many obstacles in her life including the birth of a premature daughter and a husband with a disability. Through her journey she learned steps to increase her success in her career and how to maintain healthy relationships. From well-known names to everyday hard-working successful women, what makes them unique is that they all have a different story to share about their journey to success. Their common denominator? Family comes first! Even though all of us come from different backgrounds, there is more that brings us together than separates us. Sometimes it’s hard to remember that. The women we highlight in our magazine have worked hard to achieve their success and should be acknowledged for their talents, contributions and tenacity.
