Did you know that you can play around your workouts with numbers and time? This makes the routines interesting and gives you a mini goal to aim for where you can re-do the workout a few weeks later to test your limits so give it all you’ve got! These movements may seem calm but it will totally rip you off as these tackle more than one muscle group.
RULE:
EXERCISES
3 repetitions x table
Push press and pull ups.
Time cap: 7minutes
3 push press 3 pull ups
Get as far up on the reps ladder as possible until 7minutess is reached.
6 push press 6 pull ups 9 push press 9 pull ups
