PGMAG: Sheena, welcome to today’s interview with Lady Anita.

SJC: Thank you for having me. I am honored to be here.

PGMAG: Please briefly introduce yourself to our readers.

SJC: My name is Sheena Collier and I have a heart to serve. I am a senior logistics manager, real estate broker, real estate instructor, vocalist and designer. I am the CEO and Founder of Provision Realty, LLC and Provision Real Estate Academy, LLC.

PGMAG: As a female leader, what are some of the key learning you have gained on your journey to where you currently are?

SJC: That in life, it is important to keep God first in all you do and to build positive and favorable relationships. That you can always learn something from anybody.

PGMAG: What are some of the keys to becoming a successful ability to witness the smiles that put on the people’s faces that have helped, connected and worked in some capacity. The fact of knowing that I am making a positive impact and doing God’s work in the community. leader?

SJC: Prayer, building positive relationships, being willing to learn, time management, and strategic planning, and helping others.

PGMAG: What is your message for the youth?

SJC:

Keep God first in all you do, stay focused on your goals, create and maintain positive relationships, maintain good character and integrity, and work towards building wealth for the future.

PGMAG: What keeps you motivated in the pursuit of your dreams?

SJC:

The ability to witness the smiles that I put on the people’s faces that I have helped, connected and worked in some capacity. The fact of knowing that I am making a positive impact and doing God’s work in the community.

PGMAG: Please tell us more about your business.

SJC: I am an entrepreneur with a servants heart who enjoys helping others. I am a licensed real estate broker, licensed real estate instructor, and building a real estate team. I provide real estate education and consulting to aspiring real estate agents and real estate professionals.

PGMAG: What is your message for world leader?

SJC: My message to world leaders is to encourage and continue to help one another along the way. Provide education opportunities and encourage others to stay abreast on the latest technology in your respective fields, and stay connected to people and the environment to be able to adjust your leadership style and how you engage with others to maximize effective leadership.

PGMAG: Finally, what would you say to your younger self?

SJC:

To trust in the Lord, continue to have the heart to serve, stay focused on your dreams, and that I can accomplish my dreams and aspirations with God’s help, grace, and mercy.
