The country has integrated direct, ongoing, safe, meaningful and inclusive participation and accountability in climate decision-making at all levels. Government creates structures and mechanisms for participatory decision-making for all members of society, giving special attention to the most disadvantaged. This participation is supported by the explicit integration of accountability and oversight mechanisms in climate laws and regulations.
