(6) Mains & Apparatus affected by Switching/Isolation: 66kV/11kV Infrastructure on Bus B. This includes all 415V Main Motor Control Centre Incomers on Bus B. (7) This switching instruction is issued in respect of the reason as detailed in (5) above on the mains and apparatus as detailed in (6) above. If ANY deviation from this Switching Instruction is required a new Switching Instruction must be issued.
(8) I, the nominated Authorised Isolator, hereby acknowledge receipt of this Switching Instruction and state that I have checked that the Switching/Isolation points are correct, understand the scope of work and will carry out my duties under the Electrical Safety Rules and High Voltage Isolation Rules.
