Each season brings new opportunities and challenges. How do we help keep our Posse motivated and engaged? How do we inspire new students to join our Posse and how do we establish lasting relationships within our local community? ICON and POUND’s Training & Events Manager, Em Pedron, shares her top 3 tips.

1. Let Creativity Rule with Awesome Themes: Get ready to amp up the excitement by adding creative themes to your POUND classes and events! From “Rock ‘n’ Roll Revival” to “Neon Nights” and “Beach Bash,” let your imagination run wild. Encourage participants to dress up, decorate the venue, and infuse thematic elements into the workout. When you make it an immersive experience, you’ll leave a lasting impression on your Posse.

2. Team Up and Connect Locally: Forge strong connections within your local community by partnering with like-minded businesses, fitness studios, and event organizers. Collaborations bring fresh perspectives and resources, and together, you can promote events, co-host, and create a buzz. This camaraderie will boost attendance and make your events even more impactful.

3. Rock Social Media for Maximum Reach: In today’s digital world, social media is your best friend for event promotion and community engagement. Create eye-catching graphics, captivating videos, and compelling event descriptions. Encourage your Posse to share their experiences and invite friends and family. Set up event pages on Facebook, Eventbrite, or Meetup to streamline the registration process. Online engagement can strengthen the sense of belonging among participants.
