Die Voortrekkers van Parys het die Potchefstroom Museum besoek op 28 November en het ‘n draai gemaak by die Goetz-Fleischack Huismuseum (naby die Potchefstroom Openbare Biblioteek). Die kinders en onderwysers het hulself baie geniet en die historiese begeleiding is deur Losette Absolom behartig. Hier is die Voortrekkers saam met onderwysers en Losette Absolom (Goetz-Fleischack-museum).

Hy het ook die trofeë ontvang vir beste presteerder in Wiskunde, Tegnologie, Ekonomiese Bestuurswetenskap en die trofee vir beste presteerder in Lewensvaardigheid gedeel met Marionne Nel (hoofdogter van 2014).

Duties: • Monitor and support NGO’s activities according to their proposals, both funded and non-funded • Collect, analyse and compile NGO’s stats monthly and ensure the implementation of the referral • Facilitate or train NGOs • Strengthen HBC structures so as to increase access of service to the community • Create awareness on HIV/AIDS issues with the health promotion team and NGOs in both public and private sector. HTS neem afskeid van twee departementshoofde. Mej Elma Burger, departementshoof vir wiskunde en mnr. David Fourie, departementshoof vir ingenieursgrafika en ontwerp tree einde Desember af. Hulle was albei lid van die SBS en het hulle plek volgestaan op die sportveld, akademie en in administrasie. Elma tree af na 40 jaar diens, waarvan 21 jaar by HTS was. David het in 1975 by HTS as student geproef en sommer daar gebly. Hy het dus 39 jaar diens. Hulle laat leemtes en diep voetspore agter en was geliefd onder kollegas en leerlinge. Hulle word 'n aangename en gelukkige aftrede toegewens.
