our liver has a very important job to do and we can so easily ignore warning signs that all is not well.all the blood leaving the stomach and intestines passes through the liver and gets broken down to create the nutrients that we need. it also metabolizes drugs into forms that are easier to use for the rest of the body so imagine how overloaded this can get. another main function is detoxification, so that we can feel our very best every day and have the energy and zing to not just survive, but truly thrive if your liver is struggling to cope these could be some of your warning signs...
• abdominal pain and swelling
• swelling of the legs and ankles
• itchy skin
• dark colour urine
