A MALEVOICE CHOIR,
from Edition 65
for many people a malevoice choir conjures up the sounds of welsh miners singing hymns in english or welsh.
whilst the solent malevoice choir has a musical director who is welsh their repertoire has, in recent years, expanded to include a wider range of music, some of it very modern and especially arranged.

a popular piece for many male voice choirs is “an americantrilogy” made famous by elvis presley. smvc now have their own celtictrilogy:allthrough the night, danny kindness of our donors and other community organisations we estimate that it will take five years to fully stock the arboretum of about 250 special trees and we are well on the way to reaching this target. By this time the area will be a place of quiet enjoyment and reflection our estimate of the cost of purchasing, planting, administration and long term care of the trees is approximately £250 we are therefore asking donors to contribute this sum if they wish to link their donation to remembering a loved one however any greater amount will be appreciated and we welcome other donations from individuals and business/community organisations. the names of loved ones will be added to a roll of honour retained in museums and libraries in the borough and included on our website www evma org uk we will be delighted to welcome residents from other parts of the borough to join in this unique community project if you have any questions or require further information, i will be pleased to answer them and can be contacted on: 01243 377 355 or email at: brendan.gibbgray@talktalk.net

PET OFTHE MONTH - Biscuit Crunch & Brandy Snap
this time we would love to introduce you to beautiful sisters Biscuit crunch and Brandy snap these two bunnies arrived at the centre back in January after their owner no longer had the time to care for them and felt it would be best for them to find a new home Biscuit crunch is a white, ginger and black rex and her sister Brandy snap is white and grey, they are both two years old.they are both sweet and friendly rabbits, but they can be a little nervous and are not that keen on being picked up if you are calm and quiet with them, they will come over for a treat and a stroke Biscuit crunch and Brandy snap would be best suited to a home with older or no children as they may worry about loud noises or sudden movements.they are really a very sweet pair that in the right home we believe would flourish. if you think you may be able to offer Biscuit crunch and Brandy snap a loving home please give the centre a call on 01243 967111 or visit our website www.crrc.co.uk. the cat & raBBit rescue centre tel:01243 967111 email:info@wwwcrrc couk www.crrc.co.uk also find us on facebook wwwfacebook com/catandrabbitrescuecentre
