DREAM DEAL Dream yacht ownership is an affordable reality without the hard work or expense of traditional ownership. Our purchase programmes allow you to benefit from up to 12 weeks per year personal use on your purchased yacht or a similar yacht at a different Dream location. Upgrade options available. Whilst under management by Dream for usually 5.5 years there is nothing more to pay. Dream takes care of all of the operating costs, mooring fees and insurance and maintains the yacht to an exacting standard. At the end of the programme, you can choose to: • Keep the Yacht • Trade it in for a new model OR • Sell the yacht with the help of our active and successful Dream brokerage

DREAM OWNER PRIVILEGES EXPLANATION
Being the biggest doesn’t always mean you’re the best but when it comes to buying a yacht and sailing time, our Owners tell us that Dream just so happens to be both. And the Dream keeps getting bigger.
Annual entitlement
Short notice weeks
For every full or partial year of your contract you will receive 4–6 weeks sailing which can be pre-booked in advance. Depending on which type of contract you have, you receive up to an additional 6 weeks of sailing, which may be booked 10 days before departure.
These weeks may be taken in either High or Low season but only booked 10 days before departure. Dream Guaranteed Income and Partnership contracts offer 6 weeks of short notice and the Dream Easy and Forward Sale programmes 2 weeks of short notice holidays each year.
These weeks may be taken onboard your own Dream yacht or a similar yacht within our worldwide destinations.

Owner use is available to you and your close family (wife/husband, sons and daughters). You may sell or donate 2 weeks of your annual low season advance booking entitlement.
High and Low seasons are defined by destination in the Owner use calendar, note that we have several bases in Greece and Croatia. One week in High season is equivalent to 2 weeks in Low season. Weeks can be taken annually as shown below:
Fees The Owner is responsible for collision damage waiver/security deposit, diesel and a reasonable fixed turnaround fee which covers first/last night dockage, water, propane, dinghy fuel, linen and post-charter cleaning. This fee is fixed irrespective of holiday duration.

You may book these weeks as far in advance as our system allows and you may sail for 1, 2, 3 weeks in a row, it’s up to you.
