LAST MATCH RECAP The Portland Timbers picked up their fourth win, and their second road victory of the young season, by scoring three unanswered goals to defeat the Philadelphia Union 3-1 before 15,437 fans at Talen Energy Stadium on April 8. Three different players scored for Portland in the win, with forward Fanendo Adi tallying his 46th career finish in regular-season play to become the Timbers all-time leader in goals scored across all eras (since 1975). Portland midfielder Darlington Nagbe and defender Roy Miller also scored their first goals in 2017.

NO PLACE LIKE HOME Providence Park opened on April 14, 2011, in front of a sold-out crowd in the Timbers first-ever home match as an MLS team. The club proceeded to sell out all of its regular-season home games in the team’s first six MLS seasons. Spanning the 2013 and 2014 seasons, the Timbers compiled an MLS-club record 22-game unbeaten streak (12-0-10) at Providence Park from April 6, 2013 to June 1, 2014. The streak ranks as the third-longest all-time in MLS history.
