Golf I.D. Cards Available at Rose City Golf Course For a one-time fee of $10.00, seniors age 65+ can obtain a required identification card for reduced greens fees at PP&R golf courses. To receive a card, bring proof of age to Rose City Golf Course, 2200 NE 71st (cross street is Tillamook), Monday or Wednesday from 1:00 - 2:30 pm.
