Non-swimmers and children under 48" must not be left unattended on the pool deck, and must be accompanied at all times in the water by a person 16 years of age or older (or caregiver) who shall remain responsible for them and their safety. Swimmers 48” tall and over can attend Open Play Swim on their own.
