Elephant Garlic Festival
Join Senior Recreation as we head to the annual Elephant Garlic Festival in North Plains, Oregon, where the motto is: "Fun Stinks!". The oversized elephant garlic is more of a leek than true garlic, but that doesn't stop the town from pulling out all the stops to honor the pungent bulb, filling the grounds with live music, attractions and food vendors that will go heavy on the garlic. Bring money for lunch at the festival and for extra purchases. Mobility Rating: This trip is accessible to walkers, wheelchairs and motorized scooters. Continuous standing and walking. Saturday, 8/11 9:30am-2:00pm $21 1089059
