How you can join us

Initial conversation

Joining us always starts with an initial conversation with one of our experienced staff. We are used to answering any kind of question – Should I have a wood-burning stove in my property? What insurance do I need? What regulations do I need to know about? We are here to answer your questions and help you through the process of letting your property.

Pricing your property

Each property is different and unique and we therefore price each one individually. We begin by visiting your property with you to do an assessment. We will then suggest improvements to maximise your earning potential and make it more appealing to potential guests. We price your property based on our experience of the area.

We will suggest tactics for getting more bookings out of high season such as short breaks, low occupancy discounts and late availability discounts.

Agreeing how we work together

We will provide you with details of our service and an agreement that is signed by both parties. As soon as it is agreed which service you would like from us, then we will get your property details onto our website and start marketing your property.

We keep it simple with three options for you. These form the basis for a conversation with us and can be adapted to your particular needs.

• Option 1: Bookings + guest support

– Fees 15% +VAT

• Option 2: Bookings + changeover management – Fees 18.5% +VAT

• Option 3: Bookings + changeover management + caretaker service

– Fees 20% +VAT

*Quotes for changeover and housekeeping costs will be provided in addition to our commission fees.
