At Porter Davis we think about every step of the way through your build and we fully understand that you need to have complete confidence in the process. That’s why we include three key stage building inspections, conducted by the independent BPI Group of Building Consultants.
At Lock-up, Fixing and Practical Completion stages, these independent reports can be made available to you should you wish to view them. This service is all part of the Porter Davis difference and you can be assured that your new home will not be handed over to you until the independent inspectors have approved each stage.
