porridge + puffs at your next event Our mobile bars are set up to customize and make each bowl of porridge to order, giving diners a thoughtful, beautiful, and fun experience. Choose from proteins and porridge bases below and we’ll add in complementary condiments (pickles, sauces, edible flowers). Puffs are made to order and can either be eaten savory to accompany porridge or as a sweet bite with our seasonal sauces. As always, our porridge bars are meant to encourage multiple returns and interactions, exploring ingredients and the joy of eating, leaving diners satiated in soul, spirit, and stomachs. $85/per person cost includes on-site food and service of the porridge + puffs bar as well as porcelain and flatware rental, equipment rental (in most cases), coordination, (common cost associated with catering requests), set-up and breakdown. We prefer to be upfront and feel this inclusive cost (less only tax) is the best way to service clients and give them a full service experience. Minimum $1400 pre-tax. For our clients looking for the same food quality, but slightly different, we have a “Festival Package” starting at $40/per person. Minimum 100 diners. Great for office parties, weddings (especially after-hours), holiday gatherings, etc. Free travel within 15 mile radius of Silverlake. Signature Porridge Options: SHORT RIBS Low and slow braised beef short ribs braised with jujubes and a dozen aromatics. Paired with negi (fat Tokyo green onion) porridge. Finished with yuzu-sake lees fermented mustard greens, kaiware radish sprouts, fennel pollen flowers (or other seasonal edible flowers). + shiso-hibiscus pickled soft egg + $2/pp + substitute velvet porridge + $2/pp

PORK! PORK! PORK! Forbidden black rice slow cooked for three day swith ham hocks and aromatics, topped with pork loin stuffed with foraged herbs, ginger, shiitakes. Finished with crisped smithfield ham and belly cracklings, turmeric pickled nashi pears and onions, crispy shallots, chive blossoms.
