'Communal' rentals are a hyrbid of all-inclusive picnics and a la carte rentals. We have combined some of our most requested items to provide easy + economical planning for larger events.
This is a great option for picnics at home + events with a more casual vibe.

PRICING
Please inquire for a current price list. Pricing is subject to change at any time, without notice. Pricing (and availability) for your event is not guaranteed until you are booked.
DEPOSITS + PAYMENTS
For groups of 6+ people, a non-refundable deposit is due at booking to secure the time and date. The remaining balance will be charged to the card on file 1 week before the picnic. The guest count must be finalized at least 1 week prior to the event.
CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES REFUNDS + CREDITS
Our services are not only the rentals, food, flowers, labor, gas + overhead but also our time. Once your reservation is made, it blocks others from booking our services. For that reason, any changes or cancellations that cannot be reasonably rebooked, must get paid. No refunds for any reason. Credits may be available. Deposits are non-refundable.
PERMITS + OTHER FEES
When permits are required, we will notify you and may offer assistance with securing permits. Any permit fees will be in addition to picnic services.
Delivery fees may be charged for large events or those with difficult or distant delivery.
A 5% service charge will be added to all events.
