2. CORRECT USE OF THE REFRIGERATOR

2.1

Installation

1. Before use, remove all packaging materials, including foam protectors and tapes inside the refrigerator and the protective film on the doors and body of the refrigerator. Place the appliance away from heat sources and avoid direct sunlight. Do not place the refrigerator in wet or damp places to prevent rusting or damage its insulation. Do not spray water or wash the refrigerator. Do not place the refrigerator in wet places that are easy to get wet, so as not to affect its electrical insulation.

2. The refrigerator should be placed in a well-ventilated indoor area, the ground should be flat and stable. Rotate the adjustable foot to align the refrigerator.

3. There must be at least 30 cm of free space from the top of the refrigerator. The refrigerator must be placed in front of a wall with a gap of at least 10 cm to allow heat dissipation.

2.2 Changing the light bulb

The lamp cannot be replaced by the user. If it is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified people to avoid a hazard.

2.3

Start of use

Before the first start, wait for half an hour before connecting it to the power supply. Before placing food inside, turn it on for 2-3 hours (in summer 4 or more) to create the proper cooling inside.

Leave enough space so that the refrigerator doors and drawers can open properly. Your appliance may differ in appearance from the model shown in this manual.

2.4 Energy saving tips

The appliance should be in the coolest part of the room, away from heat-generating appliances or heating ducts and out of direct sunlight. Allow hot food to cool to room temperature before placing it in the appliance. Overloading the appliance forces the compressor to work longer. Food that freezes too slowly may lose its quality or spoil.

Be sure to wrap food properly and wipe containers dry before placing them in the appliance. This reduces the build-up of frost inside the appliance.

The appliance storage bin should not be lined with aluminum foil, wax paper or paper. Linings interfere with the circulation of cold air, making the appliance less efficient. Organize and label food to reduce door openings and extensive searching. Remove as many items as you need together and close the door as soon as possible.

NOTE: In high ambient temperatures, e.g. on hot summer days, it may be necessary to set the thermostat to the coldest setting. This may cause the compressor to run continuously to maintain a low temperature inside.

3.2 During use

Tips for Proper Food Storage

Be extra careful with meat and fish

Cooked meats should always be stored on a shelf above raw meats to avoid the transfer of bacteria. Keep raw meat on a plate large enough to catch their juices and cover them with plastic wrap or aluminum foil.

Leave space around food

This allows cold air to circulate better, ensuring that all parts of the refrigerator are kept cool.

Wrap food!

To prevent flavor transfer and drying, food should be individually wrapped or covered. Fruits and vegetables do not need to be wrapped.

2. DEVICE MAINTENANCE AND CARE

4.1

General cleaning of the device

• Dust behind the refrigerator and on the floor should be cleaned in time to improve the cooling effect and energy saving.
