Community Center located in Red Hook Brooklyn, NY - Establishment for allowance of over 100 protestors and also a community center to serve the needs of the Red Hook neighborhood. Had a roof overlook and a circulating waterfall as well as seating area for up to 100 people and a section for ADA space.

Cultural Museum - Floor Plans designed to allow for better circulation withing the museum fo ease passage of visitors to the museum. Design was made to allow for circular movement from floor to floor.

Students drew floor plans based on a TownHouse located in Brooklyn, NY at the above address. Emphasis was placed on lineweights, measurements and details of the rooms. Autocad software was used to design these floor plans. The First and Second floor plans are displayed here.

This assignment research was accomplished focusing on Shildan’s Rain Screen. The assignment consisted of how a Terra Cotta rainscreen comes together on the side of the model building. Using Revit software, drawings were made to show how the assembly and connection of the rain screen. Details on bolts and substructure is also included in this project.

COUNTRY TECH - DAIRY FARM - BEFORE and AFTER
This assignment research was undertaken by myself, a professor and two other students. The project consisted of re evaluating a downed dairy barn and converting it into a livable compund that consists of raised farming beds, solar and wind power and programs and activities that will improve the experience and quality of life for the clients and visitors on this property.

This project was self created and independent. Project was of various buildings, bridges, city layout made of cardboard material to recreate a living city. The Design aspect was city planning and explored to expand building and city design layouts. Majority of the buildings were “created” and some were similar copy cats from real buildings.

This assignment project entitled “Cube Inhabited” explores the creation of a spatial volume made of a cube and how other spatial areas come together and interact with each other. Circulation was explored and accomplished as well as the allowance of light into the inner cube itself.

This assignment project consists of rendering the structure “Barcelona Pavillion” in Spain. Applying and using different listings, materials and single shots with the goal of creating a compelling message and image. The softwares 3DS Max and VRAY were used to create these images.

MODELING rectilinear forms, to differentiate and distinguish between the dominant, subdominant and subordinate volumes. the thickness in the dominant volume over powers the subdominant and subordinant compositions. Modeling was in physical, draeing and digital.
GRAPHICS / MODELING - PEDESTRIAN BRIDGE
Individual project where a bridge was designed and created to connect two buildings. The bridge I designed and contained the elements of hierarchy, movement and fluidity in the design. I wanted to create a bridge where easy flow was present in the concept design. Models were made from thin wood material was created and also a digital visual image was made to portray my bridge in 3D.
