If anyone knows real estate at the beach, it’s Jayne Young. Considered a Top Producer for over 30 years, Jayne has more than a half billion dollars in career sales. She is one of the most highly respected agents in the area by both her peers and her long-time customers who say her success lies in her genuine and tenacious personality.
Jayne began her career as an accountant after earning an MBA from the University of Arkansas, where she was one of two women in the program. When she relocated to Ponte Vedra Beach in 1991, she started as a site agent for Marsh Landing Country Club, selling lots and guiding customers through the construction process. She has helped many of those original customers sell their homes when it came time to downsize. Jayne then moved to Ponte Vedra Club Realty before launching the Keller Williams Luxury office in Ponte Vedra Beach.
You can find Jayne walking the beach, playing golf with her husband, Tommy, cheering on the Jaguars and enjoying time with their collective seven children and seven grandchildren.
A trusted advocate for her customers, Lillian is known for her discretion, local expertise and punctual follow through. A proud local who learned about real estate from her mother Jayne, Lillian delivers a dedicated, energetic and hospitable experience for her customers. Prior to beginning her real estate career, Lillian coordinated luxury private events in New York City and after a move for her husband's job, began selling real estate in Dallas where she studied under a market leader.
Lillian is an Episcopal High School and University of Florida alumna. You can find Lillian sharks tooth hunting at sunrise, planning a get-together (there’s always a reason to celebrate!), and making plans for happy hour with her husband and little boy, Layton.
Born and raised in St. Augustine, Rachel has more than 15 years of experience in property management and real estate development. Known for her high energy approach, she began her career in Chicago before ultimately returning home to St. Augustine. Rachel’s greatest attribute is her ability to establish and nurture customer relationships, which when coupled with her diligent work ethic, results in positive experiences for all parties to the transaction.
Rachel lives in St. Augustine Beach with her husband Walker, their two children, two kitties and a French Bulldog named Yeti. She also loves cooking, fishing, and soaking up the sun on the beach.
