OHM is the first and only Open House festival to take place in Asia, partnering with renowned Open House Worldwide, one of the most important global institutions for the promotion of architecture. Established in 1992 in London, this simple but powerful concept aims at inviting everyone to explore and debate the value of a well-designed built environment. It has ever since grown to a global scale, summing 1million+ visitors in 40+ cities across 4 continents.
OHM is run by CURB – Center for Architecture and Urbanism, an independent non-profit organization established in Macau in 2014, constituted to promote research, education, production and dissemination of knowledge in fields of Architecture, Urbanism, Design and Urban Culture. We focus in activities that ultimately promote cities as a better place for living and working, serving foremost our community’s interests.
