olyvim LLC to Recycle 30 tons of Plastic Bottle waste from Rustavi landfillThe state-owned Solid Waste Management Company of Georgia (SWMCG), established under the Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure, declared an auction for PET bottles collected at the Rustavi landfill.

Participated by Polyvim, we are pleased to announce our success at this auction on June 11. According to the contract signed by both parties on 18 June,30 Tons of Plastic bottles waste will be transformed from the Rustavi landfill to the Polyvim Facility for further processing over the following 50 days from the agreement.

The Solid waste management company has created a single effective waste disposal system on the national level and has developed a network of regional sanitary landfills and an appropriate number of waste transport stations linked with these landfills as an integral part of a national integrated waste management system.

We had the chance to present our company's activities to those interested and discover enterprises working in the recycling field. Collaboration with some of the companies has already started successfully.

Within information spread during the exhibition, Polyvim head office daily receives plastic bottle waste from individuals for further recycling.

Polivym LLC is pleased to announce its collaboration on the Plastic Bottle collection with Tene LLC. It's our pleasure to also inform you that This Georgian company is the world's first manufacturer, that design and produce the first green USB cables, through the recycling of secondary waste, in particular, plastic bottle caps.

Manufacturing with recycled materials embraces effective utilization of resources and helps decrease greenhouse gas emissions.To raise awareness, every person that distributes 100 plastic bottle caps and 100 pressed PET bottles to the company, will receive an eco-friendly USB cable as a gift from Tene. The company will use distributed caps for further manufacturing and, the pressed bottles will be transferred to Polyvim for further recycling. Initiated cooperation between two companies is a big step towards the green future and the popularization of eco-friendly behavior. the most current delivery of Plastic bottles to Polyvim amounted to 15000 pieces!
