As an older plant designed to run a maximum of 48,000-tons per day, Dickey knew that he would need to implement a strategy of bringing in suppliers and partners to boost efficiency at the Pinto Valley mine. XP100
Designed to provide better wear than XP in aggressively abrasive wet applications or wet applications with high tonnage rates.
FXP
Our most flexible polyurethane formulation designed to fight blinding in wet applications. FXP’s flexibility creates secondary motion disengaging adhesive materials from the screen surface allowing them to continue through the plant circuit.
WXP
Specifically designed to combat premature panel failure caused by hydrolysis and microbial degradation. WXP mitigates chemical interactions within the polyurethane, extending the life of the media.
WXP100
Designed and formulated to combat extreme cases of microbial degradation due to chemical interactions within polyurethane. WXP100 provides an extra element of protection to extend the life of media.
XR
Our most popular rubber formulation provides an extra boost of wear life in a wide range of dry applications.
XR100
Designed primarily as a compound to be used in impact-zone applications, such as transfer points and within chutes. XR100 is best suited for applications where angular or sharp rock tends to cut or gouge typical rubber compounds.
XR200
Our highest abrasion-resistant formulation available. XR200 is perfectly suited for wet or dry applications and provides the longest wear life in highly abrasive applications, such as primary and secondary scalping applications and mill discharge screens.
FXR
FXR is a specially formulated soft rubber used in applications that are subject to severe blinding. The high elasticity of this material enables significant secondary motion within the panel, allowing any adhesive material to disengage from the panel surface and continue through the plant circuit.
FXR100
A highly versatile rubber available in a wide range of dry applications requiring a balance of abrasion resistance and secondary motion for maximum wear life performance.
HXR
HXR is a versatile rubber designed specifically to withstand applications with elevated temperatures. HXR is rated to survive consistent operating temperatures of 203ºF (95ºC) with peaks of up to 230ºF (110ºC).
