quality and sustainability
We focus highly on quality and sustainability. The linen is harvested from the fibers of linen plants grown only in Western Europe in the regions of France, Belgium and the Netherlands. The damp climate in these regions of Europe provide the best environment to growth healthy linen plants producing strong flax fibers. Aesthetics’ works with finest mills throughout Europe that have been weaving the finest linens since the 1800s. During production our mill integrates the concept of total sustainability with minimal impact on the environment, green energy is used via wind or solar and all ink and dyes are 100% water based. All paper backing used comes from managed forest, FSC certified wood pulp. Various innovative techniques are used during the design process, 3-D printing, embossing, flock, laser cutting, crushing and application of different coatings and metallics. The design of our Tailored Linens range from understated sophistication to dramatic 3 dimensional patterns.
