The territory The plot is on the quarter alluvial island in the gulf, located between the dam and Sestroretsk . Quarter has developed infrastructure. On its territory there are three schools, 7 kindergartens, playgrounds, fitness centers, consumer services, built into the lower floors of residential buildings and guest parking . Storey residential buildings : 4-10 floors. Quarter has a distinct plan structure . Schools and kindergartens are located on promenade zone extending across the entire island . On the groud floors are located fitness centres. Luxury multy-storey apartment building includes a 2-storey underground parking, 1st floor for social-trade and technical facilities and 7 residential floors above the ground. Entrances to shops, placed in the ground floor of the building, provided from the streets. Loading of goods is carried out through the basement floors of the loading platform. 2nd floor includes wiring and technical engineering services. 2-7th floors are residential.

Function zoning of Novo-Admiraltejskij island

History of the territory and idea of the project The Island was founded in 1720, is located in the Admiralty district, in the lower reaches of the Neva, between the Moika River, the Great Neva and Novo Admiralty channel. The main idea of my project is to combine 2 historical aspects laid Peter 1: Education and shipbuilding because Saint Petersburg is a major port city in the world, and the question of training for maritime and river transport is always relevant. Master plan is a kind of card around the world . The composition of the complex consists of three objects tied around the central volume that symbolizes the globe. Objects are located on the opposite sides of the central core , but they complement each other . All complex objects vary in size and shape. There is a functional separation : The Main Building is a marine center , 2 objects facing the Neva embankment are the training centers for the training of specialists and the central volume of a sphere includes marine library card and file archives.

07 Centre of Cultural Creativity Project location: Italy, Milan The area dell’EX-Macello

Masterplan

This thesis aims to find a new use for the area of Milan consisting of the former meat market and slaughterhouse. The site is now disused with dilapidated buildings. After careful research of areas in Milan with a connection to art and mapping of all museums, this area has been selected for redevelopment to rectify the dearth of cultural representation. The core of the site is formed of the existing slaughterhouse and walkway which are to be preserved along with the outline of the former live and meat markets. All of them together form the Centre of Cultural Creativity. The proposed basement level of the former markets harmonies the different levels of the surrounding parkland. In addition to the proposed cultural institutions, the project foresees the construction of some residential blocks. The proposed concept is to allow art to be experienced in an interactive and interesting manner and not just as something to be viewed. The design concept has drawn inspiration from the abstract geometry of Piet Mondrian. , Paul Klee and Wassily Kandinsky. The graphic composition of these artists’ paintings has been translated into the architectural language of urban planning and public spaces. The project has been conceived to provide a multifunctional space for cultural activities as well as for public use by local residents.

THE PROVINCE OF CUNEO Â Â The province of Cuneo is a province of the Italian Piedmont of 592 303 inhabitants and is the third largest province Italy. The province of Cuneo , with its rich territory in terms of food and wine , history and landscape, is now one of the best ways to get close to Piedmont. The climate characteristics of continental fairly strong, determined from the screen that the findings oppose while close to the influences of the Mediterranean. But the variety of factors and morphological elevation due to weather conditions all rather different from the alpine zone , the Langhe and the plains , especially as regards the performance of temperatures, sunny conditions and the behavior of the winds. There are extensive forests, especially in the valleys Alpine and the highest point of the Langhe. The courses water that converge in a fan in the plain are generally short and steep with poor average flow , lean pronounced in winter and full Talore violent at the wettest periods . The territory is composed of 50.8% from mountain to hill , and from 26.6% to 22.6% from the plain.
