Dish lifter-unit with tray slider and curved glass protection. Made in stainless steel AISI 304 or AISI 441, self standing, adjustable spring system to maintain a constant distribution level. Neutral or heated by coated resistances. perpendicularly placed on three sides. Temperature is adjustable and controlled by working thermostat (60/70°C) and by mechanical safety thermostat (110°C).
