Organised by Polgooth Times, Polgooth Inn and Polgooth Garden club Reminder....The competition..... To create a display by your door or gate that said ‘Thank You’ so all our key workers could see we appreciate what they are doing for us during Lockdown. Firstly Congratulations to all of you who entered, we were blown away by the displays you made at a very difficult time. We realised that resources were short, you had to be very creative with what you had at hand, you had to think outside of the box to create a memorable display, and you did,

Photos were taken by Joe Taylor of the entries and subsequently sent to three judges. The judges had no idea who each entry belonged to, they were just sent photos, and from these photos each entry was given a score out of 30. One was a clear winner with top marks 30 points out of 30. Second and third also scored highly, and because of this we decided that the top 3 scores should receive a prize. So here are our top three winners and the prizes they have won
