Thank you for the honor and privilege to serve as your Chapter President for the past two years. I am grateful for your service, trust and support. Together, we have made great strides as change agents in all that we do for our community. I am prepared to continue the journey and humbly seek your support to be re-elected as Chapter President, of the Charlotte Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated. With the knowledge and experience gained serving in my current role, I know that I can continue to lead our chapter forward to making greater transformative impacts. Throughout my Delta journey, I have been committed to the sorority and dedicated to our causes. My experience in serving as President, First Vice-President, Parliamentarian, Program Planning and Development Chair and Membership Services Co-Chair has allowed me to understand our organization and its culture! My dedication and knowledge of our beloved sorority, as well as my responsibilities in our Chapter is what drives me again to seek the office of Chapter President. I have the knowledge, the experience and the aspiration!

It gives me great pleasure to share my vision, along with sharing my past track record and experiences. As Chapter President I will use my skills and passion to change the trajectory in our community and to make transformative changes and impacts. My commitment is to work with our chapter leadership and our community partners to provide successful community programs while being transparent in our practices and decisions.

My vision is:

1. Placing a focus on identifying and creating Delta leaders’ succession;

2. Sustaining mentorship programs;

3. Offering training for innovative, resilient and effective committee programming;

4. Continuing to collaborate with compatible organizations;

5. Creating actionable items to align with Grand Chapter Strategic Plan

6. Creating consistent and relevant community engagement.

Through this vision, Charlotte Alumnae Chapter will continue to remain a respected and appreciated change-maker in the Charlotte Community. We will create a chapter that is filled with pride, motivates members through our retention and reclamation efforts and we will certainly make greater impacts in our community.

I am excited to work with you to ensure that our chapter is the best chapter it can be and to continue to make efforts that will lead our members and community to authentic engagements. Our chapter is thriving because of our collective belief of sisterhood and service. We will continue to strive for our best-self through continued collaborations and commitments.
