Project Brief:
Marking the first foray into the lobby design, I took cues from Shin Takamatsu’s majestic architecture and its striking exterior to create a contemporary lobby and community space that celebrates all things design. The material mixture is the key to completing the design for this high-end interior space. The interior design detials also
reflects the building facade eliments.
The challenge during this project was the client ordered the furniture before the interior design process started. Therefore, to make sure the interior space is coherent with the furniture, the choice of the material shall ensure that the colour and the texture matches the designated furniture.

Project Brief:
How to come up with a design that will satisfy a marble lover?
Xinyi Condo is a refurbished project from an old residential building. The goal is to change the old floor plan and make an entirely new design to match the two masters' bedrooms' unique living style from the owners. The client loves various colours and patterns of stones and wants to use them as much as possible in the interior. Through the understanding of the client, I propose a contemporary approach to combine some oriental
Japanese elements in the design and then bring out the nature of the stone through some modern bespoke details, using various materials like metal, wood and fabric to create a dialogue between materials and space.
I participated initially, developing and drawing all the design and detail by myself—currently, the project is under construction. I am remotely contacting the leader of the construction team.

Project Brief:
The design combined a neo-classic approach with oriental elements to create a modern and playful interior for this condo. The project is located in the high-end residential part of the new development complex, which comprises the Taipei Marriott Hotel, serviced apartments, a convention centre. Since the condo is on a super high-rise floor, the configuration of the compartments is
adjusted according to the relative stunning view. The selection of materials and colours also reflects the maturity of the owners and their daughter's youth. After the case was complete, the owner reported that she no longer had a rigid relationship with her daughter in the past and thus became more harmonious. Therefore, I am convinced that design can enhance and improve people's lives.

By placing a curved wall into this rectangular floor layout, the fluid element continued its form from the facade to the interior space. The office is separated into several areas to satisfy the need for office space. The curved wall naturally creates a smooth traffic flow, enhances the office space's
mobility, and provides various space use: shelves, art display platform, and storage space. The flow connected the offices from the right to the left and continued the same feature throughout the interior to the balcony, creating a consistent working space.
