City manager Noel Treat, sworn in last December, said that his biggest accomplishment in 2014 was a smooth transition into the job in an exceptionally busy year. “I love my job,” Treat said. “Compared to other cities our size, we have a lot more interesting and exciting stuff going on. I-90 brings it to us, and just being an Island and an interesting community. We have all of these regional issues, like light rail, and a Town Center that’s sort of ripe for visioning.”
“There is a lot coming together that all ties to the Town Center and parking.”
