LAKEWOOD — The Plant Farm at Smokey Point is again covered in pumpkins, as the Rotary Club of Marysville’s annual “Pumpkins for Literacy” program kicks off on Saturday, Oct. 12, and runs from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., seven days a week, through Halloween on Thursday, Oct. 31. MARYSVILLE — Residents of the Marysville School District are invited to submit their comments to the MSD Board of Directors at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 16, regarding two tax proposals slated for the ballot on February of next year. “The district has so many needs, but the Maintenance and Operations Levy is perhaps the most critical,” Board
