The defaults referred to in Paragraph III, together with any subse-­ quent payments, late charges, ad-­ vances, costs and fees thereafter due, must be cured by 10/8/2012 (11 days before the sale date,) to cause a discontinuance of the sale. Proposal: New truck fueling facility with grade and fill Location: 1214 Puyallup Ave SEPA Public Information Center File No. SEP2012-40000185804 The lead agency for this proposal has made a preliminary determination that this project does not have a prob-­ able significant adverse impact on the environment. An environmental impact statement (EIS) is not required under RCW 43.21C.030(2)(9c). This deci-­ sion was made after review of a com-­ pleted environmental checklist and other information on file with the lead agency. This information is available to the public on request.
