Kirkland resident Nabila Lacey, the widow of Steve Lacey, took time Friday to speak with reporters about the impact of losing her husband. She also spoke during the emotional sentencing hearing for Patrick Rexroat, who killed Lacey in July while driving drunk and speeding recklessly.
