Teacup poodle chases black bear up tree A dozen sightings Tuesday morning on Rose Hill in both Kirkland and Redmond BY CARRIE WOOD AND BILL CHRISTIANSON Reporter Newspapers

A

hunter in his spare time, Rose Hill resident Robert Carroll has encountered many bears. But certainly never in his

She added that at the non-profit Kirkland Preschool, staff tries “lots of

things because you never know when a child is going to get a little spark. “ The Weber’s, along with Maureen Baskin and her husband, Jim, bought the preschool’s current site in 2000. It was the preschool’s fourth move and attempt to keep the preschool running since it opened more than 40 years ago.
