Competition.
Concept - “Deeply ingrained caste structures and beliefs in uence how a group values basic necessities”. Sanghasni, a charming artisans' community in Rajasthan's deserts, served as the inspiration for the design.
"The idea focuses on comprehending the practises of sanitation facilities among the villagers and translating them into places while yet o ering opportunities for multipurpose use. The open toilet modules are made with a social context in mind, as well as sustainability and the likelihood of climate change, in order to o er a polite, responsive, and familiar atmosphere with a freedom of choice to varying degrees of privacy."

The idea is about creating a place that works for people, which is socially inclusive, as well as environmentally resilient. The proposal is of a sustainable community plan, which aims to promote a sense of equality, belonging and pride
This is achieved, in part, through ‘common ground’, attractive new public spaces, streets that encourage life and activity, new infrastructure and highly adaptable residential units – an exciting model to inspire communities addressing issues of resilience, growth and integration around the

Stating the elemental essence of Chandigarh - Brutal in appeal yet aesthetically distinguished by the primary colours - the depiction is unravelling the thoughts of Corbusier’s approach towards the city. The brutalism is portrayed by the use of grey threads rendering the material - concrete, creating shapes picked from the radiant city by Corbusier. Being of varied heights, some covered, some left uncovered to convey his incomplete dream.
The centre holds an art piece based on humans symbolic to Corbusier’s obsession with the human form and how it centred his approach.
