Simulation The STC-Group owns a full mission simulator centre unique in the world, and develops customized simulator applications. We succeed, for our international clients, in helping with maximum flexibility and short-notice arrangements on bookings and cancellations. T.O.S. also manages turnkey ship delivery projects, recruits personnel for onshore duties and offers nautical and technical services. T.O.S. continuously employs around 700 employees,on board of all kind of vessels. Besides the nautical personnel T.O.S. has at its disposal a variety of naval and/or technical specialists, who can be engaged in case of new-built vessels that need to be put into operation, or when technical management of vessels is required. All personnel is properly insured and correctly paid and is in possession of the necessary (medical) examinations, trainings and certificates. T.O.S.
