A stilt-walking butterfly performer flits about the newly renovated North Vancouver Civic Plaza Saturday as the North Shore Celtic Ensemble serenades the plaza’s grand opening celebration. Judge Doug Moss of the North Vancouver provincial court handed the sentence to Houman Rahmani, 26, on Monday in the unusual case.
