Delta is considering its options for upgrading the intersection at Ladner Trunk Road and Arthur Drive, and turning it into a roundabout is one possibility. Steven Lan, Delta’s director of engineering, confirmed the municipality is looking at two options for the intersection: upgrading the current signal light or going with a roundabout. He said staff will present both options to Delta council at a closed workshop next week before coming back with a report at a public meeting later in the year. “It’s pretty preliminary right now,” Lan said. The building has since been demolished to make room for the intersection upgrades and green space expansion.
