Catering & Special Events MENU


PLAN FOR SUCCESS Rely on Plymouth State’s experienced planning specialists for your next event. Prompt and efficient service, attention to detail, and your complete satisfaction are our standard for success. You’ll receive credit for a memorable event and your guests will be delighted. We look forward to serving you! Our experienced event planning specialists are very consultative and will be happy to answer all of your questions and concerns and assist you in planning every detail. EVENT LOCATION RESERVATION

To reserve space or tour our facilities, please contact Events and Conference Planning at 603-535-evnt (3868) or by e-mailing your information to psu-events@plymouth.edu.

EVENT CONFIRMATIONS & GUARANTEES

No less than 5 business days from the scheduled catered event, we must have your final guest count. If we do not receive the final count within the required time frame we will prepare for and bill based on your original estimate. Please review all information on your catering order which includes all details and requirements for your event. If any information is incorrect prior to your event, please contact the Events and Conference Planning Office at 603-535-EVNT (3868) or by e-mail to psu-events@plymouth.edu .

EVENT CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

No less than 5 business days from the scheduled catered event, please make us aware of any event changes including but not limited to guest counts, menu items, event times or if your event needs to be canceled. Please be advised that if we are notified of your changes or cancellation after this deadline, you will be responsible for expenses already incurred by the Events and Conference Planning Office.

EVENT FEES

Accepted forms of payment include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or check. An administrative fee of 18% and sales tax of 9% will be added to your bill and invoiced 30 days. If your group is not a university, college or school: • A deposit of 50% may be required prior to your scheduled event. Please refer to your Events and Conference Planning contract for specifics and deadlines. • An administrative fee of 18% and a sales tax of 9% will be added to your bill and is due 30 days from invoice date. If you are a tax-exempt organization: • You must submit a copy of your tax-exemption certificate to Events and Conference Planning 30 days prior to the date of your scheduled event.

SERVICE STAFF AND ATTENDANTS

To ensure that your event is a success, catering staff will be provided for all served meals and some buffets. Continental breakfasts, coffee/tea service, breaks, and receptions are priced for self-service. Buffet style functions are staffed with one attendant for every 25 guests. Served meals are priced on an individual basis. For additional staff and attendants, please inquire with Events and Conference Planning.

COMPLIMENTARY TASTINGS

Once Events and Conference Planning has received a signed contract, our catering team will offer a complimentary tasting for two, including salad, entrĂŠe, and dessert!

FLORAL CHARGES

We will be happy to order, receive and handle floral arrangements for you. For decorative requests, an additional fee will be determined in accordance with your specific needs.

LINENS

Your choice of white, green, and black linens are provided at no charge. If you require alternative colors, additional fees apply. Tables Cloths 8 each Skirted Table 16 each

FOOD REMOVAL POLICY

Due to health regulations, it is the policy of PSU Dining that excess food items from events cannot be removed from the event site. Items purchased for pick up should be properly stored prior to the event and removed and disposed of by the host of the event.

ALCOHOL POLICY

All alcoholic beverages must be served by our personnel and consumed in designated areas. Proof of age will be required. PSU Dining reserves the right to refuse service of alcoholic beverages to any person at their discretion.

SPECIALTY CAKES

We would be happy to order, receive, and handle specialty cakes from outside vendors for wedding receptions.

OPEN BAR PACKAGES We offer a variety of beverage services to complement your event. Services provided include a full service bar, beer & wine bar, specialty & signature drinks and table wine or champagne service. Selections include premium & house liquors, a wide assortment of wines & champagnes and domestic, imported & craft beers. Non-alcoholic selections are available whenever alcohol is served. There is a set-up charge of $200 which includes all set up and service. We have a five hour maximum for bar services.

OPEN BAR

Full hosted/open bar provides your guests with unlimited beverages from the bar including, top shelf cocktails, beer, wine, champagne, soft drinks, and bottled water/station for a set price per guest. All necessary bar items are provided with this service and includes ice, mixers, napkins and stirrers. Champagne Toast and Tables Wines are not included.

For those who wish for their guests to pay for their own drinks. See below for amount your guests will pay for each drink. Cash and credit cards are accepted at the cash bars.
