Chair meetings Lead RAG Face of external communications of RAG To attend Student Parliament and Societies meetings To support and assist all RAG members and endeavour to meet all reasonable requests of RAG members To be proactive in the long term development and direction of RAG
Vice President
To support the Presidents in the organisation & administration of RAG Take the minutes of RAG meeting and communicate to all members Lead on internal communications of RAG Act as the main contact in absence of the President To support and assist all RAG members and endeavour to meet all reasonable requests of RAG members To be proactive in the long term development and direction of RAG
Treasurer
Processing the funds Maintaining accounts and financial regulations Present regular total feedback Assistance of budget building
Events Officers (role share)
Overseeing all RAG event team committee members Ensure their team has the necessary skills, training and contacts to run the event successfully. Set up an events planning meeting before the start of the academic year Encouraging and supporting new and exciting events
Promotions & Resources
Overseeing all RAG promo & resource team committee members Develop the brand identity of RAG Drive recruitment and promotion activities throughout the year Oversee and implement an overall strategy towards the development and improvement of RAG’s profile
