RÈGLEMENTS DU CONCOURS / CONTEST RULES
Règlements abrégés du concours
Cette version courte des règlements du concours canadien est basée sur les règlements complets :
Aucun achat requis - Les participations doivent être reçues au plus tard le 25 avril 2025.
Admissibilité - Le concours est ouvert aux résidents canadiens ayant atteint l’âge de la majorité, à l’exception des employés de Marked Business Media Inc. et des annonceurs participants.
Limite de participation - Une seule participation par stand participant.
Tirage au sort - Les gagnants seront déterminés par tirage au sort après le salon parmi toutes les participations admissibles.
Notification des gagnants - Les gagnants seront contactés par le fournisseur du prix et devront répondre à une question d’habileté pour réclamer leur prix.
Décharge publicitaire - Les gagnants doivent accepter que leur nom, leur image et/ou leur voix soient utilisés à des fins publicitaires.
Conditions d’attribution des prix - Les prix ne sont ni transférables ni échangeables et doivent être acceptés tels qu’ils sont attribués.
Décharge de responsabilité - Les organisateurs du concours ne sont pas responsables des inscriptions perdues, en retard ou mal acheminées, ni des problèmes techniques.
Modifications du concours - L’organisateur peut modifier les règles ou annuler le concours à tout moment.
Confidentialité - En s’inscrivant, les participants acceptent de communiquer leurs coordonnées à Marked Business Media et à ses partenaires.
Rules
Here are the short rules for the Canadian contest based on the full contest rules:
1. No Purchase Necessary – Entries must be received by April 25, 2025.
2. Eligibility – Open to Canadian residents who have reached the age of majority, except employees of Marked Business Media and participating advertisers.
3. Entry Limit – One entry per participating booth.
4. Prize Draw – Winners will be randomly drawn after the show from all eligible entries.
5. Winner Notification – Winners will be contacted by the prize provider and must answer a skill-testing question to claim their prize.
6. Publicity Release – Winners must agree to have their name, image, and/or voice used for advertising.
7. Prize Conditions – Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and must be accepted as awarded.
8. Liability Release – Contest parties are not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries, or any technical issues.
9. Contest Changes – The organizer may amend rules or cancel the contest at any time.
10. Privacy – By entering, participants agree to share their contact details with Marked Business Media and partners.
