EMBLA CALENDAR April 25th - Norwegian Heritage Festival at the PLU Scandinavian Cultural Center. Have you ever wanted to leam how to make the REAL Norwegian Rømmegrøt? Here's your chance! April 28th - noon - Scancinavian Cultural Center, PLU - "lfThese Clothes Could Speak" by Linda CaspersenAndresen. $10 per ticket for this wonderful slide presentation and fashion show of Scandinavian folk costuures ' and bunads. Reserve befare April 24th. May 7th - Embla meeting at 7 p.m. at Emmanuel Lutheran Church. Initiation of new members. Video of old postcards from Norway by Esther Van Noy. An excellent program! Audun Toven will be the guest speaker and he's always interesting on what's happening in Norway and the Northwest. June 18th - St. Hans Fest at Emmanual Lutheran Church. Embla will honor Embla's senior members. July - no meeting as we have Grand Lodge Convention in California" August - no meeting - Enjoy your summer.
