First, I would like to thank you for joining the PACVB on the journey to promote and enhance tourism in the Plover area. Plover’s tourism industry is vibrant and quickly growing, and that growth is directly tied to the many wonderful accommodations, attractions, restaurants and more that visitors interact with daily.
With so many great partners in the area, one of our primary strategic goals is to help connect new visitors with the businesses that can serve them. In this Partner Guide, you will find the opportunities the PACVB will offer to do just that Opportunities have been crafted to match how visitors plan their trips.
As with most tourism entities, the PACVB will take a digital first approach that allows us to target visitors within the audiences we know are looking for destinations like Plover. On page 3, you will find a breakdown of our targeted audiences. On Page 5, you will find additional information about the various benefits beyond paid opportunities.
The Plover Area CVB’s promise to the tourism industry is to act as the frontline to connect our partners with visitors, meeting/wedding/sports planners, travel professionals, media and more. We will represent the Plover Area through a variety of platforms, and we invite you to come alongside us!

Partners are all stakeholders within the Plover area and surrounding communities who are directly or indirectly related to the tourism industry. Hotels, restaurants and attractions are the obvious partners, but the list goes well beyond! Tourism partners are any group or organization that may interact with visitors to the Plover area!

In addition to the various paid opportunities listed on Page 4, the PACVB offers opportunities to aid tourism partners in their own marketing efforts directly related to attracting visitors to the Plover Area.
For qualifying efforts, we can help maximize your marketing dollars through our matching co-op program.
We will bring in media partners and content creators to help showcase the Plover Area as an ideal destination.
We will provide training opportunities to our partners who would like to learn more about creating targeted tourism marketing.
Partners are encourages to apply for our grant program to help create new events or to assist in capital enhancement/development projects.
Through our own industry memberships, we will gain access to relevant tourism data. We promise to relay vital information to our partners through our quarterly Tourism Talks.
The PACVB Board and Staff will evaluate partner needs and develop new initiatives throughout the year to aid our partners.
